AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing Tischly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Tischly is operated by GoRevn MB, a company registered in Lithuania, European Union.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Tischly is an AI-powered SaaS platform providing menu translation, Google review reply automation, and WhatsApp customer chat for restaurant owners. Access requires a paid subscription.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Tischly offers monthly subscriptions at €49/month (Starter) and €79/month (Full Bundle). Subscriptions renew automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting hello@tischly.app.

FREE TRIAL

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends and you choose to subscribe.

REFUNDS

Refund requests made within 14 days of first payment will be considered. Contact hello@tischly.app to request a refund.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse Tischly, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features and functionality of Tischly are owned by GoRevn MB and protected by EU intellectual property laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GoRevn MB liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, European Union. Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation, then arbitration in Lithuania.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms and will notify you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
